Partnerships Executive: Sales (Full-Time)

Lokel Group is a full-service strategic planning & marketing firm focused exclusively in the hospitality space. We feel grateful being in an industry so many choose to frequent when they aren’t working! We take pride in calling those we work with “partners”, not clients. We take a very active role in jumping into the trenches to tackle their largest pain points to drive results. While our partners operate as they know best, we come in as the marketing experts to bring them the success they deserve.

As a Partnerships Executive, you will introduce hospitality groups and brands to Lokel Group. You will help us grow to new heights and keep our Accounts team busy!

Within 1 Month You’ll:

  • Meet our fun, somewhat crazy, and passionate team

  • Learn who Lokel Group is and what we can offer to prospective partners

  • Be familiar and comfortable with the “Lokel Group Way”

  • Have a drink (or two) with us to celebrate joining the team

Within 2 Months You’ll:

  • Be fully immersed in all things Lokel Group and our processes

  • Work with our CEO to execute successful networking and prospecting tactics

  • Participate in team-building experiences

  • Create your own pitches and proposals

Within 3 Months You’ll:

  • Innovate new ways of making our sales process more efficient and valuable

  • Grow our pipeline of new partners

  • Be fully immersed in consistent business development

  • You have at least 1-3 years of experience in mastering the sales cycle (prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing deals)

  • You have existing deep relationships with hospitality groups and/or restaurants

  • You flourish in being challenged to hit benchmarks and achieve goals

  • You’re a crystal clear communicator and obsessed with the details
