Contest Rules

To submit a cocktail for consideration into the Ruler of the Roost Cocktail Competition you must meet the following requirements

• Fill out the sign up form

• Create an original Chicken Cock cocktail using their Rye expression

• Points are awarded to the best tasting, unique cocktail with a fun name that plays on the Chicken Cock brand.

• Take a photo or video of your final creation and post to the Instagram account of your bar or your personal one.

• Must include the FULL recipe in the caption - Chicken Cock Rye Whiskey must be main spirit

• Include the following hashtags: #RulerOfTheRoost, #Contest

• Bartenders may NOT submit more than one cocktail entry

All cocktails must be posted by 11/10/23 for consideration

Winner will be selected and announced no later than 12/08/23

Prizes

Judges will choose one (1) 1st place winner from the state of Illinois

The 1st Place Winners will receive $1000, paid out via gift card

Judging Criteria

• Up to 45 points for Taste

• Up to 30 points for Creativity

• Up to 15 points for Appearance

• Up to 10 points for Name
